Looking to create community with o ther expecting parents? This group will meet weekly in person at the EDCJ CC (at 16th and Q) for four weeks to provide a safe space for parents-to- be to discuss their experiences and learn from one another. We will be jo ined each week by an expert in a relevant field\\, including a perinatal mental health provider\\, a doula\\, and a lactation and feeding speciali st\\, who will help us understand the range of support options and servic es available. Of course\\, we will leave plenty of time for Q&\\;A\\, discussion\\, and schmoozing.\\nThis session will be held on Tuesday even ings\\, November 3-December 1\\, 2026. (There will be no meeting on Novem ber 26.)\\nThe first and fourth weeks are intended for expecting moms onl y. Dads and non-birthing parents are warmly welcomed to join us for Weeks 2 and 3\\, and they will have the option to have their own separate sess ion on Week 4 if desired.
