DESCRIPTION:Join hundreds of other volunteers for our signature volunteer
  event\\, Everything But The Turkey (EBTT). Volunteers will prepare Thank
 sgiving-themed side dishes for those experiencing hunger and homelessness
  in our region &#8211\\; we&#8217\\;ll make Everything But The Turkey! Ou
 r program partners at DC Central Kitchen then add turkeys and distribute 
 the meals to partner agencies including homeless shelters\\, schools\\, a
 nd more. Join the Youth Action Institute&#8217\\;s EBTT table and spend t
 ime making collard greens with other teens.\\nMake new friends and earn 2
  SSL hours through this program. We invite parents to volunteer as well b
 ut&nbsp\\;to choose a different table!\\nRegistration is required for thi
 s program and we expect it to fill up quickly! Please note that we reques
 t a tax-deductible donation of $20 per person to cover the costs of this 
 program in order to ensure that we are able to purchase high quality ingr
