SUMMARY:15th annual Arkansas PRIDEFest
DESCRIPTION:Thank you Arkansas\\, for supporting Central Arkansas Pride d
uring Arkansas PRIDEFest Week. Thank you to everyone who attended\\, perf
ormed\\, volunteered\\, and supported the LGBTQIA+ community on Capitol A
venue in Little Rock. \\nPRIDE is 365\\, creating our first Rainbow Row o
n Capitol Avenue with Prides\\, LGBTQIA+ organizers and activists from ar
ound the state\\, We carry the spirit of Pride in our hearts and minds ac
ross to the state. \\nInspiring others to keep the “good fight” alive
for our communities\\, where we just want to have the same right to be s
afe and loved. That our community is worth the long hours and dedication
of this advocacy work. The countless phone calls and meetings. The rallyi
ng of resources and volunteers in a state that is the least funded and re
spected. We have the capacity and talent to build a better place that we
call home. \\nYes\\, we all represent an unique part of the L\\, G. B\\,
T\\, Q\\, I\\, A\\, plus family with our allies. We find a way to respect
our differences and recognize the strength of community. We feel the pai
n and fear of our beloved trans family as they are targeted daily with ha
te and misinformation. We see their struggles and also recognize their st
rength. We support you. \\nPride on Capitol Avenue is to educate Arkansas
\\, that we are a vital segment of the population. A community cultural e
vent of peace\\, joy\\, and resilience celebrating and highlighting our a
 rts\\, talents\\, businesses\\, food\\, and contributions. \\nWe are hard
working individuals and families celebrating life moments\\, like birthd
ays\\, graduations\\, and weddings. We are purpose driven in our talents
and arts. Simply everyday Arkansans\\, your neighbor\\, colleague\\, frie
nd\\, or family drawn to a beauty nature state like our indigenous ancest
ors. \\nThank you Arkansas and Happy Pride!\\nSave the date: Saturday\\,
Oct 16\\, 2027\\, for the 15th annual Arkansas PRIDEFest. \\nVisit arprid
e.org for info and to learn how to become a sponsor\\, partner\\, monthly
or one-time donor to keep pride alive here in Arkansas. \\n#VisibilityMa
