 o expect\\nIn this session\\, you’ll explore gentle Pilates-based exerc
 ises designed to enhance core strength\\, flexibility\\, stability\\, and
  control. Using small equipment such as balls\\, Dynabands\\, and other s
 upportive tools\\, exercises will be tailored to suit individual access n
 eeds.\\nMats and equipment are provided in the studio\\, and music is typ
 ically played (volume can be adjusted based on participants’ preference
 s).\\nThese sessions focus on creating a relaxed\\, enjoyable atmosphere 
 while improving body awareness\\, strength\\, and mobility.\\nThis event
