 IA+ Charity. Cash only.\\nElements Yoga Studio and I are offering Beginne
 rs Yoga to the Gay community every month.\\nIf you've never done yoga bef
 ore\\, it can be a little intimidating. You may think that you're not goo
 d at it and not flexible enough\\, and you may have no idea what's happen
  at first\\, but I guarantee you'll walk out feeling amazing. It's not ab
 out how you look\\, it's about how you feel. Yoga is for every body.\\nIt
  will challenge you at times but there will be options to make this as si
 mple as you like.\\nPlease arrive 15 mins early.\\nWhat to bring:\\nYoga 
 mat\\, water bottle\\, towel.\\nLimited studio mats are available.\\nLoca

 ree street parking is available\\, although it's quite busy on a Saturday
  so please give yourself enough time to find a park.\\nThere is NO FOOD O

  public event.\\nWe usually head out for some lunch afterwards but unfort
