DESCRIPTION:**[Please book your place in advance here.](https://www.outsa
 vvy.com/event/20078/the-cuddle-exchange-the-naked-edition)**\\nHeart-cent
red\\, kind and respectful touch blesses both the receiver and giver. The
nervous system relaxes\\, the breath deepens\\, the heart rate slows and
we feel connected\\, calm and quiet.\\nMany of us can feel deprived of p
hysical contact and touch and yet it is so vital to our wellbeing and hap
piness. Even if we have a lot of sex\\, a sensual element can be missing\
\; that sweetness of just being held.\\nIn this naked workshop\\, we will
take this intimacy a little deeper and work together to create a safe sp
ace that meets people’s varying need for physical contact with others.
**[Please book your place in advance here.](https://www.outsavvy.com/even
 t/20078/the-cuddle-exchange-the-naked-edition)**\\nThe session will invol
ve movement\\, mindful awareness\\, shared touch and massage and partner
and small group exercises. Each person will get to determine their own bo
undaries and preferences during the workshop.\\nJoin us and inhabit your
body more fully\\, relaxing into it with deeper compassion\\, appreciatio
n and contentment.\\nANDY is a Tantra Yoga teacher and somatic therapist
and coach and has been facilitating spaces for gay\\, bi and queer men to
connect from the heart for 9 years. He holds classes and private session
