 Are." As You Are serves coffee as well as alcoholic beverages and has a f

 here is always a great vibe at As You Are and there are games and other a
 ctivities available that we can do as a group\\, if people are interested
  in that.\\n**When:** Thursday\\, November 19 from 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm\
 \n**Where:** As You Are cafe and bar ([500 8th St. SE](https://maps.app.g

 to the [Eastern Market metro stop ](https://www.wmata.com/ridertools/stat

 he Group***\\n*Unless noted otherwise\\, VSDC's LGBTQ+ events are intende
 d for queer/questioning folks who self-identify as LGBTQ+. The events are
  meant to serve as a safe space to share community with other self-identi
 fied queer or questioning LGBTQ+ vegan or vegan-curious people. However\\
 , we appreciate our allies and we plan to host "LGBTQ+ & ALLIES" events a
 pproximately quarterly - to welcome non-queer allies into our events in o
 rder to share community with our fellow vegans/veg curious VSDC participa
 nts. If the event is an "& ALLIES" event\\, it will be clearly identified
  as such in the name of the event. Any person who participates in an "& A
 LLIES" event must be supportive of LGBTQ+ persons\\, their lifestyle\\, a
 nd their gender expression\\; unsupportive or combative individuals will 
 be removed from events and banned from future VSDC LGBTQ+ events. Please 
 note that any and all questions related to gender/LGBTQ+ issues that may 
 arise during either LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+ & ALLIES events must be posed ONLY t
 o event host\\, Susan\\, and not be asked of any other meetup participant
 s in order to respect their privacy and promote their personal safety.*\\
