 haustion. In this workshop we will talk about the science behind dating a
 nd explore tools for navigating rejection\\, conflicts\\, romantic frustr
 ation.\\nYou’ll explore:\\nNeuroscience of rejection sensitivity\\, sci
 ence of belonging\\, romantic connection\\, dopamine circuit\\nHow to com
 municate our needs and goals in an effective way\\nActive listening metho
 ds for dating\\, empathy for understanding other people’s needs\\, (sel
 f) compassion\\nGroup activities and discussion for sharing tips\\, trick
 s and common situations\\nJoin us for discovering how to make our dating
