SUMMARY:Plenary Session for our Feelings and Social Dynamics
DESCRIPTION:We discuss and decide together what’s happening at the Quee
r Center. To do this\\, we meet once a week for a plenary session. Here\\
, people report on past and upcoming events\\, and we talk about challeng
es and goals for the Queer Center. Everyone who is interested is invited
to the plenary session.\\nOn the forth Monday of the month we take time f
or our Feelings and Social Dynamics\\nWe talk about how we’re feeling a
bout each other and the Queer Center right now. We resolve conflicts with
one another and show each other appreciation. Are there any uncertaintie
s or conflicts that we\\, as a whole group of committed people\\, should
discuss? What about the Queer Center brings us joy or causes us concern?
Afterward\\, all volunteers and interested individuals are invited to win
d down the evening together in a relaxed atmosphere.\\nHere’s roughly h
ow our plenary meeting unfolds:\\nWe meet in a hybrid format. We’ll sen
d you the link via email beforehand. At the Queer Center\\, we use the Ye
llow Room. We start and end on time. It’s okay to leave early. If the m
eeting runs longer than expected\\, we’ll ask beforehand if people have
time for it. We’re always happy to welcome new people to the plenary s
ession. That’s why we start each session with a brief round of introduc
tions where people also share how they’re feeling at the moment. After
that\\, we discuss the topics of the day. Since June 2026\\, We are tryin
g out a new plenary structure. We set different priorities for the plenar
ies. People decide for themselves where they want to participate or if th
ey’d rather not attend the plenary session. Would you like to join the
plenary session? Then just come to the Queer Center on time or send an em
ail to: info at QueeresZentrumKassel dot de for the Zoom access details.\
