 que space for LGBTQ+ people to foster friendship and practice meditation.
 \\nThe sessions will feature a variety of mindfulness\\, loving-kindness 
 and wisdom meditations. There’ll also be sharing and connecting\\, poet
 ry and more. Through this\\, we’ll cultivate a warm awareness of our ow
 n experience and go beyond the individual to explore how we can grow and 
 flourish as a community. There’ll also be the option to socialise in th
 e cafe area after.\\nNo prior meditation experience required. Also suitab
 le for those who are trying to establish a regular practice within a supp
 ortive environment.\\nSessions are free\\, with an optional donation towa
 rds establishing a permanent LGBTQ+ community centre. Please note that we
  are unable to refund donations.\\nDuring this session\\, the cafe will b
 e closed.\\nPlease ensure that you register before attending.\\nAbout the
  facilitators\\nCommunity Meditation is led by a group of rotating facili
 tators who come from various backgrounds and practices.\\nAccessibility\\
