The march starts at the Ian Johnson Oval in St Kilda and proceeds along Fitzroy Street, ending at Catani Gardens, where a post-march celebration takes place. The Pride March brings together diverse groups, including community organizations, political groups, social clubs, and corporate partners, to show their commitment to equality and inclusivity.

Another significant event during the Midsuma Festival is the Carnival, held at Alexandra Gardens. The Carnival features a variety of stalls, food trucks, live entertainment, and activities for all ages. This free, family-friendly event attracts thousands of people and serves as a great opportunity for the community to come together in a fun and inclusive environmment.
