Very impressive experience. Different from your ‘usual’ European ruins. Easy to self-tour. Lots of stairs but wheelchair access and elevators. Lovely little shop too (with nice beers to take home)

Had a great visit. The friendly lady behind the counter helped us in fluent Flemish. Free entry with EDC is a big plus!

Such a hidden gem in Belgium! Highly recommended! There was easy parking close by, and basically no wait to get tickets and get in. We enjoyed exploring, spent around 2 hours but could’ve spent even more time looking around and hiking all the trails. The architecture was stunning, very well preserved. It wasn’t crowded at all going on a weekday, it was peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the visit if you are in Belgium!

Beautiful place! Easy to get to, parking clearly marked and a lovely cafe to have a bite or drink after the visit.
