I went to this place because it was the nearest spa that offers both sauna and steam. I was extremely tired and stressed, so I decided to book a session. It was my first time here. Upon entering the reception area, I was already disappointed because I am quite particular about cleanliness, and the reception itself was messy. The towels behind the receptionist were scattered, and she handed me my towel from there. I told her that I needed a hard or super hard massage, and she only smiled, so I repeated myself because I really wanted strong pressure. I was guided to the locker and shower area, but I was disappointed again because the locker area was not clean. In the shower area, there were visible molds on the shower walls. Regarding my massage, which was supposed to last 80 minutes, it ended in less than one hour, and it was not hard at all,almost just a soft massage. The ventosa was also not satisfactory, which is disappointing because that is one of the main reasons I get massages. Please also clean and properly maintain your steam room and sauna, as they had a very unpleasant smell. The lounge area was also in poor condition, the sofa is broken and itchy to sit on, and it felt unhygienic. There was also no air-conditioning, and I was told it was not working. I apologize if I sound overly particular, but I am really OC when it comes to cleanliness because of the standards I am used to in other spas I regularly visit. Unfortunately, those places are far, which is why I tried this one. To the management, I sincerely hope you give attention to the cleanliness and overall condition of your spa. We are paying properly and deserve proper service in return.

Waking up sore and tired from days of shopping and walking, we decided to get a massage. Upon booking the appointment we were informed that there were only male therapists available at this time. Not knowing it was actually a “men’s” massage centre of “wellness”, we booked an hour full body massage with hot stones. The back massage was pleasant, but alarm bells rang when I was asked to rollover without a modesty towel, I was touched without consent. Then when told it would cost more for the “treatment”, it was refused. The therapist was apologetic and the massage was ceased. My partner later informs me that he was roughly treated because he refused the “special” massage. While changing we were informed by a patron that this was actually a frequented men’s meeting establishment! I asked if women’s ever come here for massage and he laughed and said no! Men only. Upon leaving I left very disgusted and semi violated. To top it off the receptionist then had the nerve to ask for a tip! As a foreigner, I suggest looking at the website very carefully and trust your gut feeling. There is no mention of “special clientele” who visit.
