The owner is lovely.

I've been to Bueng Sam Phan many times, but I'd never checked out this place before. Accommodation is quite hard to find, but I found reviews here that were all 5-star, so I decided to check it out first because I have issues with my mattress and back pain. When I arrived, I didn't meet the owner, but I called ahead and they said I could come and see the rooms; the rooms weren't locked. I could choose the type of mattress I liked. I told them I wanted a softer one because I can't sleep on a hard mattress. The owner, Kru Kat, was very helpful, telling me which room to see and even letting me add her on Line for a video call. This was really impressive. She explained what kind of mattress was in each room – which ones were firm, which ones had spring mattresses with toppers, etc. Once I got the room, I was very impressed. Although it's a bit dated, it's spacious and very clean. Everything is well-maintained and spotless. The mattress is a spring mattress with a topper, but it's still okay; I can sleep comfortably without back pain. The amenities are as pictured. They even provide instant noodles! 😄😄😄 And the room is only 500 baht. There's parking available. The owner is very helpful and speaks nicely. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. I slept comfortably; it was quiet and peaceful.

I stayed there on August 15th, 1969, and was very impressed. The teachers were very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, I liked it very much. I will definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The owner is very kind and the prices are reasonable. Regular room 500 baht. Triple room (pictured) 600 baht. The service staff is also very friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and have a sink. The bathroom is large (though it lacks an exhaust fan). There's a shady outdoor seating area. It's a bit of a descent, but not too difficult to find. A plus is that it's quiet at night. They also offer a Himalayan salt sauna (200 baht/hour). Overall, I was very satisfied.

I've tried a Himalayan salt sauna to detoxify and felt very relaxed.
