FLEX Sauna Gym does what the name suggests: a hybrid of gym facilities and gay sauna in a single venue in Kolonos, west-central Athens. The gym equipment draws regulars who use it as an actual workout space before moving on to the sauna, steam room, and private cabin areas — which keeps the crowd active and in reasonable shape. The setup appeals to men who find pure sauna venues a bit passive. Athens' gay fitness culture is developed and this venue serves the overlap between it and the social sauna scene. Quieter than the bigger Gazi area venues, which suits the regulars just fine.
