A spectacular experience in the heart of Madrid. From the very first moment, we felt incredibly well taken care of, and having the chef personally attending to us made the experience even more special. The food was amazing, each dish meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. The desserts were simply spectacular, and the wine selection was on par with the food. But without a doubt, what I would highlight most was the service: friendly, professional, and attentive at all times, without being intrusive. You can tell when a restaurant is passionate about what it does, and it shows in the experience we had. A fantastic evening and a place we will definitely return to. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team! 👏🍷

We went on a friend's recommendation, and I can say I'll be eternally grateful; the experience was incredible. Let's begin: 1. Food: For appetizers, we ordered a reinvented Russian salad made with sweet potato and other unusual ingredients; the result was spectacular (I have to say it's one of my favorite dishes, and I've probably ordered it hundreds of times; it's always in my top three). Caramelized leeks with romesco sauce were indescribable... I can't say anything more; you have to try them. For our main course, we had slow-roasted meat—the flavor and the accompaniments were incredible. My wife ordered grouper with spinach sauce, and she was blown away by the sauce and the way the grouper was cooked. The desserts were just as good as the rest of the meal... 2. Service: The service was very attentive, and they explained the dishes and sides to us in detail. 3. Atmosphere: A very welcoming place, with good background music, excellent temperature (it was 35°C outside), and not noisy at all. It maintains details like cloth tablecloths and napkins that are disappearing in many other places. A great find in Madrid, well located, and very good value for money. We will return and recommend it. P.S. Ask for the wine list, which has a good selection.

Wonderful restaurant in the city center. We tried the patatas bravas, potato salad, croquettes, beef tongue, aged beef sirloin, panna cotta, and chocolate cream. Everything was a ten out of ten—unique flavors, impossible to find fault with. They offer half portions and give great recommendations. Excellent service and unbeatable value for money...we'll be back! Thank you!!!

I went for brunch yesterday with my partner and we loved this wonderful place. The service was a 10/10. You could tell they were passionate about their work. The food was incredible, a very varied menu with all homemade dishes and vegetarian and gluten-free options. The eggs Benedict and the chicken waffle were amazing.

The place is charming and very welcoming; you just want to stay. The menu offers good value for money and, while not extensive (which I appreciate), it's original, creative, and well-balanced. Keep an eye out for the daily specials as well. I have to say I tried one of the best croquettes (beef, in this case) of my life. The service is wonderful; they offer excellent advice and guide you perfectly. For me, a ten out of ten.
