We've stayed here multiple times, but not anymore. It's the cheapest place in town, the rooms are pretty good and clean, breakfast isn't bad, but there is always something not right. People yelling outside late at night or early in the morning. On the street outside our window people live in RVs. This time, our sink drained extremely slowly to the point where it didn't really work. The tub pooled water, too, but could be used. A drawer in our end table would not shut; it just drifted completely open and stayed there. The TV only worked with Netflix; the broadcast channels wouldn't display. We didn't discover these things till it was late and we were settled, so we just went to bed. In the morning, we informed the front desk about the issues, and they apologized, but would not give us a discount. We'll pay more elsewhere next time.
Nice hotel, unfortunately a bit neglected and in need of renovation. The room was large enough, but unfortunately with a sink in the room because the shower and toilet were very small. I stayed for five days and the breakfast was always the same: little fruit and no vegetables at all. Only the reception staff speaks English; otherwise, you need to know Spanish to get by. They are friendly, but difficult to deal with if you need something and they don't understand a word of English. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. After cleaning, the pool was okay, lacking privacy. The location is good, and there is plenty of parking. In conclusion: The hotel is okay for one or two days. In Germany, this would be a three-star hotel.
The rooms and property are clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.
Everything is clean and tidy. Quite too. The best hotel you can get at the same price :)
