Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences

This is a relatively new hotel. I usually stayed at hotels like the President Hotel in this area, but I had some issues with the internet connection, so I came here despite the higher price. Having a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor seems like one way to enhance the hotel's appeal. My room had a view of the Nile River, but unfortunately, the weather was bad. This area is great for walks. It's a bit of a walk to the main street where the shops are located.

The hotel is terrible; I would have given it less than one star. First, you were given a room far from your family. Then, you called while you were sleeping before dawn for bathroom maintenance, and they ignored your calls for even the simplest room essentials. The service was awful.
