I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I use a wheelchair, so accessibility was my main priority when choosing where to stay. The hotel is fully accessible, with elevators and step-free access throughout. The room was adapted and spacious, with plenty of room to turn comfortably. I especially liked the bathroom it was very convenient and well designed. There were grab bars for support, a shower chair, and a wide sink where I could place my toiletries. The mirror was tilted, making it easier to see, and there was also a heated towel rack, which was absolutely amazing. Toiletries were provided as well. We stayed at the end of February, and the room had air conditioning with a heating function, so it was warm and comfortable. The room was clean, and housekeeping came every day. One evening it was a bit noisy outside when the window was open, but once we closed it, we couldn’t hear anything at all neither the street nor the neighbors. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The restaurant is wonderful, with a beautiful view over the city and even a view of the Vatican dome. Breakfast was included, which was very convenient. The selection is not huge, but it is varied fruit, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, you definitely won’t leave hungry. There is also a terrace at the restaurant. The location is excellent. It’s about a 10–15 minute slow walk to the Vatican. We reached all the historical landmarks on foot because everything is quite close to the hotel. There is a bus stop about 5–10 minutes away, although I didn’t use it. There are also restaurants nearby if you get hungry, and it’s possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant for an additional fee. It was truly a comfortable stay where I didn’t have to think about my basic needs. The only things I had to think about were the cobblestones in the city center and the crowds during peak hours. I highly recommend this hotel thanks to my stay there, I returned home with very positive emotions.

I would rate this hotel around 2.5 to 3 stars at best. During my stay, I experienced several issues and did raise them with reception. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I requested a room change due to significant noise issues, but I was told the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative rooms were available. However, rooms were still available to book online at the time, which made this explanation difficult to understand. I also couldn’t help but notice a difference in how guests were treated. My male colleagues attending the same conference were proactively offered quieter rooms and given options upon arrival. When I asked to move to a quieter room, I was told no, despite apparent availability. The inconsistency was disappointing. The noise levels are extremely high — not because of inconsiderate guests, but because the walls (both between rooms and facing outside) are incredibly thin. You can hear everything. If you’re a light sleeper or need rest for work, this is far from ideal. The bed was also very uncomfortable. There was no mattress topper, and you could clearly feel the springs. I had to request a topper just to make it bearable, and I am generally not a fussy sleeper. I had read other reviews mentioning that staff did not engage when issues were raised. In my case, I did speak to reception, but unfortunately my requests were not resolved at all just a "no we are fully booked". Finally, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. If you’re planning to work during your stay, be aware that the connection may not be reliable — I had to hotspot from my phone to get anything done. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not one I would choose again.

Great hotel. Rooms are not as tiny as usual in Europe. The bathroom is great, it has plenty of space, full size shower, bidet, two towel hangers at the shower door and something I never saw before,a hot towel rack. My only recomendations is for the matress, It's hard for us who has showders issues. Finally, you can see the Vatican from the rooftop rest.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a serious incident. What was supposed to be a safe and enjoyable trip with my children turned into a stressful and upsetting experience after I was robbed. I have not been compensated. This incident not only resulted in financial losses but also completely shattered our sense of security and comfort throughout our stay. No family should feel It's not safe, and there's proof of what I'm saying.

Very bad experience , and im sure that its 21 hotel because the have also starbucks inside so im sure and im not blaming u but it was one of the worst hotel experience This is one of the worst hotels. There's no privacy. I put a "Do Not Enter" sign on my room, and when I returned, I'd find someone had entered and was using my personal belongings, like perfume. There's no trustworthiness at this hotel and i have proof i found that that my things they were changed places in my own eyes, WORST HOTEL IN THE UNIVERSE, they act well A front of you but behind you, they’re talking they didn’t know that I know their language. They were talking about me when I told the manager and the reception.
