Hardly any service, by the time all our meals came one of us had already finished theirs because we were waiting so long it started going cold. The food didn’t come out hot and the pasta was bland and undercooked. We asked for bbq wings but the sauce was hp sauce. We had to actually ask the waiters about our meal so they would bring what we ordered. When we were finished we stacked the plates to show we were done but no one came until about 20 minutes when we finally found someone to bring us the check. So bad service, the food was bland but the environment wasn’t so great either. Because it’s in a glass building it’s so busy outside that it felt like a zoo. Everyone outside just stares at you while you eat so you can’t relax. Not worth the inappropriately high cost or the 15% service charge they included in the check.

The waiters were very, very nice

The place is great, and of course, you pay for it at the end of the meal. The buns are delicious, but the fries are mediocre. The portions are for small eaters. The service left something to be desired: the drinks arrived well after the meal, we had to chase the waiter, and we asked for tap water which we never received. We finally left, paying the bill which automatically included the 15% service charge, resulting in a very high bill for a meal that wasn't up to par. Average value for money.

I never been so rushed having a meal! Shocking service. No sooner had we put a glass or cutlery down, it was taken away. The bill was brought to us and instead of being left for us to look at, discuss etc, the waiter stood over us with the card machine. Spoke to the manager about the rushed service and was told they need to turn the table so many times a day. Would not return to this overpriced, poor service eatery again.
