Wonderful service and kind people! The rooms are very spacious and the outside area is vast and clean. The manager of the hotel Yousef is always on top of everything and ready to assist when necessary!

A great hotel with a friendly staff. The food was excellent. Had a great stay as well as event.

Just went to the rooftop (Kenko), nice view, nice drinks, nice service! A good spot to unwind.

I had a massage here. The massage was excellent and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities, including the in-room shower. The masseuse was professional as well.

I stayed at the Palmeiras Suite Hotel for 4 nights on a work trip. It was a comfortable stay. The reason wht it is not 5 stars is the extremely bright lights outside the hotel at night and the curtains that were falling off the curtainrail. Try as you like, you cannot 100% block out the lights at night. Breakfast was good but do not go after 8am as some of the fruit were finished after the early morning crowd was through. The hotel is conveniently located close to the business area where my company is located. There is a Chocolatier, Jool, at the hotel. It is expensive, but the chocolates are very tasty, and the boxes in which it comes beautiful. It therefore makes a great gift. We had dinner at the rooftop bar, twice. Both times the food was good, the service quick and you have a lovely view of Luanda over the rooftop pool.
