Hotel Metro

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Metro and had a terrific experience during our stay. The loft room we stayed in was spacious, with a nice modern feel. We really appreciated all the small additions that were given to us upon arrival ex. My wife loved the make up wipes provided, bath robes and the Keurig. When we asked for drinking glasses, the polite desk clerk went above and beyond to get us wine glasses and a bucket of ice she delivered right to our room without us asking. Our only “concern” was that the room was a bit too chilly at times but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We would gladly rebook at hotel metro again.

Lovely boutique hotel. The room was well furnished, large and very comfortable. Close to an array of restaurants and shops including the market. This is definitely my first pick for accommodation next time I’m staying in London.

Such a great place to stay! Sabin is a sweetheart. I was with my kid and my wife, he saw the kid and offered a cot and a small heater for our baby. He set it up quickly and even brought extra bath linens for us. It was a very comfortable stay for a family. Definitely recommended!

I stayed in a king size room on the 4th floor. The hotel is nice, clean. The beds and pillows are comfy. Basically everything was perfect except three minor things: 1. There was a bit of noise from either HVAC system or something else that could be annoying for some people. 2. Locations of light switches and lights themselves is a bit strange and inconvenient. The room is also a bit dark since there are no windows facing the street. 3. The TV remote was overwhelming to the extent that I just gave up on trying to figure out how to get to cable channels.

Great location— Canada life place is just a minute away, perfect for game nights. Special thanks to Sabin for helping when I made a mess and needed cleaning! Shammron was also very welcoming during check in. The staff are super nice, professional, and always ready to help.😊
