Regeneration Station

I was introduced to Regeneration Station when I attended a seminar several weeks back. This presentation was held in the Energy Enhanced System room. I had no clue at the time what that meant. Several existing members were singing its praises and said, “Just wait, you’ll see”. After the first session, I felt an improvement in my energy level. Not only that I could breathe better and aches and pains were diminished. I have a lung disease which diminishes my energy level and lung capacity. So to have more energy and breath more freely was astonishing. I have attended three light room treatments and had a session in the Flowpresso. That’s another experience that is truly wonderful. It wakes up your lymphatic system with an overall body massage. So glad I discovered Regeneration.

This was my first time at Restoration Station. I have been doing Breath work with Joanne at my home Yoga studio for over a year. She invited me to experience her Breath to Heal practice at Restoration Station. I was intrigued to see if the addition of Restoration Station’s light therapy system would enhance my practice. My experience was definitely enhanced! I have a new monthly ritual. I highly recommend you try Breath to Heal/light therapy to heal yourself. Keep an open mind and try it.

I just completed a powerful two-week cellular detox and cleanse at Regeneration Station, and I can honestly say it was one of the most transformative wellness experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of the EES system, Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Flow Therapy, and Ionic Footbath worked together beautifully to support my body through deep detoxification—targeting heavy metals, chemicals, mold, and even parasites. Having herniated discs in my back in 2009 I have always suffered with stiffness and pain. Well since discovering the regeneration station and siting in the light system room Weekly for a couple of hours over the last three months I have noticed a significant reduction in the stiffness and pain. On top of this on Wednesday I was in ER with Blood pressure in 200’s with no reason found. Well today Friday it was still in 150’s until I spent 2 hours in the energy room. I had decided to bring my monitor with and almost immediately I was in the room it dropped to 118 from 147 when I left my house. Then after spending 2 hours in the room my blood pressure was 106. We are so blessed to have this incredible healing entrée on our doorstep!!!

This is an amazing place everyone. I found it , tried the energy room, the quantum energy bed, wow wow wow! I have a very stressful career and I also am a caretaker for my Sister who has a brain disease. I suffer from severe TMJ, anxiety and have tried everything. I came to an event and sat in the energy room. After 1 hour I felt different. I felt alive again, free of worry, a total state of peace. This is the only thing that has totally removed my anxiety and TMJ. I can’t believe it! The women there are wonderful. Shannon is an intuitive healer and she can also help with past trauma and healing what is hidden in your body. Life today is stressful , we need to take care of our minds and bodies. This is the place. I am so grateful I went. I am healing naturally and feeling whole and complete again.
