Inexperienced therapists 😔 had a lot of expectations but it turned out to be one of the worst spas I’ve been to. My mom and I had a massage with scrub, after the scrubbing they informed us to shower together because they only had 1 shower room. You have to be quick in showering because they consider this part of your massage time. So we only had 45 mins of massage. I didn’t feel relaxed at all with the massage, its as if my therapist doesnt know what shes doing.

Availed their swedish and shiatsu for an hour each for the husband and I. Both of us had similar feedback. It was not relaxing at all 😔 Receptionist told me that swedish would just be light/soft massage, did not expect that it was just literally spreading oil on my back. Some parts of the massage had slight pressure, so I wasn't sure if this was the light pressure the receptionist told me about earlier. Husband's shiatsu massage was not good as well. It had uneven pressure (when he opened his eyes to check, he found out therapist was wearing earphones and was looking away to avoid her earphones from falling off). No change in pressure despite raising this to the therapist also :(

This spa is just a block away from our place, so the convenience is part of our rating. It is beside Security Bank within the Madison Square Plaza, right across Clean Fuel gas station. The lobby interior was what initially drew us in. And when we saw that the place was quieter than usual, we went in to ask if they had available slots for walk-ins. The receptionist was very accommodating and informed us exactly how many minutes we would need to wait should we get the next available slot. However, the interior of the massage room and the place where they washed our feet were disheartening, especially coming from their lobby's interior. They should put more budget into sprucing up those areas. Also, the light was a tad too bright during the massage, and the a/c was directly blasted onto us during the massage. But despite all those snags, the massage and the masseuses were great, and the price was very affordable. They even offered ginger tea and hot towel after. And the best is how they did not overtly ask for their tips. Instead, we just gave them willingly.

Relaxing First Night in the Philippines – Exceeded Expectations! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a long flight to the Philippines, my husband and I were looking for a nearby massage place to help us unwind. We found White Touch Wellness just a 5-minute walk from where we were staying. Admittedly, we were a bit hesitant due to some previous negative reviews, but we decided to give it a try — and we're so glad we did! We both opted for the combo massage (1 hour), and were assigned Jane and Honey, who were not only skilled but also kind and polite. They began with gentle stretches, followed by a relaxing full-body massage. Throughout the session, they checked in to make sure the pressure was right and that we were comfortable — which we really appreciated. The ambiance was clean, calming, and pleasantly scented. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. We left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. We’re happy and satisfied with the service, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Ask for Honey masseur. She had the perfect amount of pressure, all of her movements were intentional, and paid attention to the spots I indicated. I got the combination massage, the stretching was nice. The accommodated us last minute, and after very long travels the massage really hot the spot!
