Rubicon Hotel

We, as a family, have become regular guests during Arsenal Fest, staying a bit longer each time, and we truly enjoy it, thanks to this excellent accommodation. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast features the best of Serbian deli with excellent coffee. All of this comes at very reasonable prices - they don’t take advantage of the festival to overcharge. Most of all, the people running this hotel are extraordinary. Every staff member we met fit perfectly into the picture of a well-run, welcoming place. They were helpful and kind, making us feel right at home. We even had a small incident (by our fault), and the way they handled it was far beyond typical business-like service. Irena especially deserves the title of best manager - she truly went the extra mile to take care of guests. We need more leaders with such strong values. True hospitality, combined with great facilities, is what makes a stay perfect, whether for business or pleasure.

We just spent wonderful 3 nights at Rubicon hotel in Kragujevac. Hotel is situated very close to the city centar. Rooms are very spacious, super clean and tastefully furnished. Breakfast is just great. Very pleasant and helpful staff in hotel. All recommendation!

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, a spotless, quiet and well furnished room and a comfortable bed with crisp, clean sheets which ensured a good night's sleet. The Rubicon surprised and delighted me throughout my stay.

Hotel looks very nice. I had a junior suite room which is VERY spacious and nice. You have even a small kitchenette with all you need ! Staff is very nice. Breakfast it's buffet style. I really recommend !

Our whole stay was top notch here. The breakfast was excellent considering recent restrictions. Staff left no stone unturned in making our stay just perfect. They were extremely polite and very helpful. The room was flawlessly clean, the pillow and mattress were quite comfortable. Will recommend it.
