The centrepiece is a free parade through Cardiff city center drawing tens of thousands of participants, followed by a ticketed outdoor festival in Bute Park with headline performances and community stages. Expected attendance is 50,000 across the full event. The week-long programme includes club nights throughout the Charles Street village, film screenings, art exhibitions, and family-friendly events. Cardiff Pride celebrates both Welsh LGBTQ+ identity and Wales's progressive legal framework, with same-sex marriage legal since 2014.
