Decent breakfast and desert options for in house hotel restaurant. Nice views overlooking city. Breakfast can get busy but food comes out fast.

You'll need to go up the stairs once you enter the lobby, but there's a sign guiding you. I find that hotel restaurants like this are often hidden gems in the city. During the warmer months they have large sliding windows that they open to connect you to the Boston skyline. Their cocktails were very good and they have a decent selection to pick from. We just ordered Entrees, but they were enough to fill us up. The Pizza was good but a pro tip would be to ask for something to dip the crust in if they offer it. We went at 7 on a Saturday and we're seated right away.

Whole thing was meh- food was mediocre, service worse. Would not come back. Very hotel restaurant basic.

Calamari came out cold and slow on an empty night, but the staff was nice. It still wasn't worth it with the hotel's $15 credit.

Here is a polished review you can post: We had a wonderful experience at Rose Restaurant inside the Canopy by Hilton in Boston. This was our second time here and once again the food was very good. What made this visit extra special was our waiter, Natalia. She went out of her way to serve us, making us feel very welcome and taken care of. Her attention, kindness & excellent service made a big difference in our visit. Good food and outstanding service from Natalia; we will definitely come back!

Ilda is the best!

We ended up back here multiple nights and honestly a big reason was Ilda. She’s fun, quick, and just makes the whole experience better. Never feels like she’s just “doing her job”… she’s actually engaged and taking care of people. Even at the end of long shifts she’s still positive and on it. Hard to find that. She’s a rockstar.
