Great location to downtown and a newer hotel also. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a great and convenient downtown hotel. It's our go-to for our family. I live in downtown Buffalo, just a few streets away, but my apartment is too small to host my family. When they come, this is the spot they've stayed. During Christmas time 2025, the hotel was decorated nicely in December and even though it was busy, it was clean. For their stay this summer in June 2026, they were actually supposed to stay at a hotel in Cheektowaga. Due to some complications at that hotel, we had to book last-minute same-day. My grandmother requires a particular room with a roll-in or similar accessible shower due to her inability to walk long distances or hold herself up for long periods of time. Before booking the room, I called and spoke to Jorelisse at the front desk. They had one room remaining, and it turned out to be even cheaper than the other property we had booked. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating with my family and helped them get settled into their room. They helped ensure their bad experience at another property was turned into a positive one. Jorelisse did an excellent job and because of her - and this entire team - we'll recommend this property to everyone.

Dirty comforter on my bed! Looks like grease stains and dirt or makeup. Yuck!

We really liked this hotel! It was clean, modern, and very sleek. Any staff we encountered was very nice, and helpful. There are lots of things in the area, so walkability is great, and we were informed this area is a safe place to walk around. We had no issues with the room during our stay. If/when we return to Buffalo we will definitely stay here ago and would recommend anyone staying in downtown Buffalo!

I stay here quite often due to work travel and this visit I met the wonderful Andrew at the front desk. I arrived after 11pm and he was just the most pleasant sweetest human! This was the best check in experience thanks to him. Andrew- you are a doll!!! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service even at such a late hour!

Sexism and unprofessional behavior Not friendly space for women

This Hotel support Violence & Doesn’t Protect Information nor Employees Information. At this hotel an Angry Co Worker gained my home address where my kids sleep plus communicated Threats to do harm. I reported it to the Gm with proof as in texts a statements from other hotel staff They Let Me Go and Refuse to share my own Personal Emails with me to further legal action. Please Be Careful Employees & Guest
