We had such a lovely stay at Aksara Hotel Bandung! The hotel has a unique modern-industrial vibe, and every corner is beautifully designed. We especially loved the aesthetic coffee shop—it has a cozy atmosphere, great coffee, and is a perfect place to relax or take photos. The swimming pool was another highlight for our family. It was clean, refreshing, and our son had so much fun spending time there. A special thank you to Ms. Kamiliya and Ms. Novalia at the reception for their warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. They made our check-in and entire stay smooth and pleasant. We also truly appreciate Mr. Ujang from the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, stylish ambiance, a beautiful café, and great facilities made this a memorable experience. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Bandung.
