Spa Barak

We had a fun day that included breakfast, access to all the facilities and a massage. Everything was perfect. A pampering, clean spa, an excellent Turkish bath, a large and spacious jacuzzi, a dry and wet sauna, an indoor and outdoor pool. Warm attitude from the staff. It was a great day. Highly recommend.

I received a bad, unprofessional and bad massage to say the least, and according to the appointment schedule that was made before the treatment began. In addition, after I contacted customer service to request compensation, I was rejected in an apparently polite but aggressive manner that did not even express an apology or even disdain. My foot will not step there.

Yesterday my sister and I had a fun day in honor of our birthday. There were 2 excellent types, Hedva and Laura. The massage was great!! The country house is lovely, there is a jacuzzi, there are 2 pools, one quite heated. We also ate at the restaurant inside the country house and it was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Not recommended at all. Disrespectful. Not a spa at all. Painfully disappointing.
