Absolutely terrible experience at Naughty Pineapple. I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in a place that is supposed to be open and respectful to everyone. The staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The worst of them was a bald guy with glasses whose attitude was disgusting — arrogant, hostile, and openly disrespectful. His behaviour came across as extremely discriminatory and completely unacceptable. The entire staff seemed unfriendly and acted like customers were a problem rather than guests. Instead of creating a safe and relaxed environment, they made the place feel tense and hostile. It honestly felt like certain people were being judged and treated differently, which is shameful for any business. On top of that, the hygiene in the place was awful. The venue looked poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. For a place like this, that is completely unacceptable. The food was also horrible — low quality, badly prepared, and honestly something you wouldn’t expect any serious venue to serve. Overall this place is a complete disappointment. Rude and discriminatory staff, poor hygiene, terrible food, and an unfriendly atmosphere. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Naughty Pineapple. There are many other places that actually respect their guests and maintain proper standards.
