The hotel has a nice lobby and a gated parking is nice. the staffs are super friendly and told us info about transportation when we are there for the world cup games. Highly recommended!
The room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having meals in the shared common area, and it was especially nice to relax and chat around the fireplace in the evening. The warm and cozy atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
I love staying at this hotel the front desk people are extremely helpful and family is very nice and I love being able to park right outside my room. It is in a very good location close to lots of restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel was beautiful! Thank you for allowing me to check in early, customer service was excellent, front desk called me when my room was ready for early check in. 10/10 recommend!
Overall hotel is really clean and staff was friendly. Our room (119) has a Rukus (ap router) by the door inside the room that has blinking lights all day/night which can be distracting and make it difficult to sleep. The refrigerator had condensation which can be tripping hazard for someone that doesn’t see it. We had to put a towel during our stay. The AC is right by the bed and had no way of adjusting the vent which was hitting us on the face. Pillows were a little flat but they give you two so we made it work. If that gets addressed it would be a good stay for someone else.
