Enforcement is uneven but real, and social attitudes are hostile in most contexts. This venue is not an openly gay venue. No openly gay establishments operate publicly in Ghana. Listings exist because LGBTQ+ Ghanaians and international visitors gather discreetly, often at massage parlours, gyms, or guest houses with quiet reputations — never with public signage or advertising.
