Cryo Recovery Coffs Harbour is absolutely amazing. I started sessions this year a month after I had spinal surgery and have been consistently going ever since. It’s a very effective treatment that targets my inflammation and pain and makes more of a difference than any relate I have tried. Jamie is amazing, she is alway welcoming and talks you through the session so freezing your body with nitrogen gas for 3 minutes never seems long at all. Absolutely life changing for me in both physical and mental health aspects. My head is much clearer and I no longer need anywhere near the number of antiinflammatory medications I was taking. I look forward to my weekly sessions and feel fantastic for days after.
