If you value basic respect, honest pricing, and confidentiality, steer completely clear of this place. Absolutely appalling customer service, shady business practices, and zero respect for client privacy. I have been a loyal customer here for a long time, using both the downstairs store and the upstairs lounge, but after today's experience, I will never step foot in this venue again. I came in to buy a product I purchase regularly. The price had suddenly jumped from $95 to $120. When I politely asked about the increase, the staff member blatantly lied to my face, claiming it had always been $120. When I showed him my actual bank statements proving the regular $95 charges, instead of simply owning up to a price hike, he doubled down. He tried to dodge accountability by claiming the store and the upstairs lounge are completely separate businesses. It’s an insulting excuse, considering you pay for both at the exact same counter using the exact same EFTPOS machine. Instead of handling a simple customer question professionally, the staff became highly aggressive and defensive. Another employee jumped in, falsely claimed to track my purchase history, and literally called me "stupid" and an "idiot" just for holding up my receipts. To make matters worse, in a pathetic attempt to provoke me, they completely breached client discretion by bringing up my visits to other private venues.

Came here to meet a new friend with the same stocking and foot fetish as me. We had a blast the atmosphere was amazing.

A very nice store. Was interested in going upstairs to the play area , however the older guy minding the till was very dismissive when we asked questions about the difference between a sauna , And the lounge. Price was $20 . Has no wet area, showers ,pool hot tub. He told us to leave and stop asking questions. Went to Wet on Wellington. And had a great time with no bad attitude. Except for toys , skip this place.
