Sauna, spa, backroom, hammam—everything is spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any problems; they'll be there for you. They even do some rounds to make sure everything's alright! To be honest, it smells strongly of chlorine, so for some people, including me, I actually prefer it! 😅 There's something for everyone in terms of age; you won't be disappointed! 😏💪

Having a great time at Sydney Sauna! The atmosphere is welcoming and open-minded, and the crowd is friendly and respectful. The place is clean, well maintained, and the music created a really fun vibe for the night. The staff were also very helpful and made everyone feel comfortable. Definitely a good spot in Darlinghurst if you’re looking for a relaxed and social night out. I’ll be back again!

Our buddies who manage the sauna always welcome us in their own unique style. Each of them creates a friendly and fabulous atmosphere. Because of their kindness and warmth, I never feel like just a customer — it always feels like being with brothers.

An environment that fosters community and comfort

Sydney Sauna is honestly excellent. It’s super clean, the staff are professional, and the whole place has a great vibe with really nice design. This was my first ever sauna experience and it couldn’t have been better — respectful crowd, relaxed atmosphere, and everything feels well run. Also love the dark “black room” — totally pitch black and really cool. Highly recommend.
