Bought a massage including steam sauna and jacuzzi. After my massage I wanted to go into the jacuzzi but was told “It’s only for men”. And then they proceeded to say ‘the misunderstanding’ was because they are bad at English. Even though I asked beforehand and it’s written on the price list. So I had to pay for something I didn’t get. Very bad service - if I could give 0 stars I would.

New and clean. Massage is $10 for one hour, including sauna. They give you a large bottle of tea, which is great for long stays. They kindly let me use their services for $100. Thank you.

Pretty good local place with almost no foreigners. $4.50 entry with all the basics provided - locker, towels, shorts, free ice tea etc. The sauna isn't quite hot enough, but it's better than some local places. The cold pool was around 12°C. Again, I'd prefer colder, but it's decent. Overall it's definitely worth it and the location is handy for many tourists.

I've been going to this great sauna about twice a month for a long time, but lately I've been getting the impression that the facilities are deteriorating rapidly. The temperature sensing system seems to be broken, resulting in either a sudden, drastic temperature increase that makes your skin red, or a temperature as low as being outside in the scorching heat. Also, the steam sauna is sometimes unusable. While the woodworking and other materials were being replaced regularly, more fundamental problems are becoming apparent.

When I visited, the bath and sauna were free if you received a massage. You could choose to have the massage before or after the sauna. The bath temperature (around 41℃) was excellent. I think the cold plunge pool was a little over 10℃. What was disappointing was that I wasn't told the sauna was unavailable until I went inside. I was looking forward to it, so it was a shame.

I always spend 4-5 hours in the sauna during my monthly visits. I repeatedly go in and out of the bath and sauna, followed by a massage. They also offer free jasmine tea. The cost performance is excellent. If you're looking for luxurious facilities, you might want to consider other options.

There are two small pools - one with a water temperature of 15 degrees celsius and one with a water temperature of 43 degrees. The latter is definitely too hot, you can just about keep your feet in for a minute. The temperature cannot be influenced by the guests. Please reduce the water temperature by 10 degrees.

I had an enjoyable experience at this spa facility. It’s a local experience so a bit rough around the edges but their staff on site were very thoughtful. Price: I paid was $4.50 They provide: you don’t need to bring anything, just turn up pay and they provide both small and large towel as well as cotton shorts which everyone inside wears, complimentary ice tea, soap dispenser in the showers. Gender: I can confirm that unfortunately only males are allowed into the spa, females are not allowed in. Facilities: Steam room had fantastic steam (oftentimes this is what is lacking in other spas). Nice hot sauna but the wood is deteriorating somewhat. Cold 14 and hot 41 degrees plunge/bathing pools.
