Less pleasant

I was disappointed because I requested the best view but was given the top floor, and the vale parking car key was lost.. but all of that was replaced by the best employees, security guards and vale officers who were willing to take things from the car and take them to the swimming pool, but if you come on the weekend, be prepared that on Sunday you can't leave the hotel early because there is a car free day.. overall, Grand Darmo is great.. see you next month.. oh yeah, a suggestion, prepare an iron, yesterday I was confused about borrowing an iron for a wedding but there wasn't one..

- rooms clean, but quiet dark.. - nice location, but car park very limited.. - pool by the restaurant, so take a swim after breakfast time.. Afterall, it was a good stay 🙏

I recently vacationed with my family and stayed in Surabaya for 3 days and 2 nights at the Grand Darmo Suite. The price was really worth it. As four adults, we booked two connecting rooms. The room was big and clean. The lack of carpeting makes it even cleaner. My room had twin beds, and the room was bright. The bed was also large. The kids' room had two single beds, but the lighting might need to be adjusted. It was a bit dark. There were no ceiling lights. But everything was fine. The staff was friendly and the service was always busy. It was a bit noisy because we had to use valet every night for our cars. But I will definitely be back here again ❤️❤️❤️ Please continue to improve the service and cleanliness.

A hotel with a strategic location. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean with complete amenities. However, there are sometimes mosquitoes in the rooms. Ample parking. Food is easily found around the hotel. Recommended for business trips.
