Апартаменты Diana Seaport

I resided in Diana Seaport Apartments from November 2017 to August 2018 [room 610; initially, only for a single night, room 401]. The location is convenient and I would say almost perfect*, next to several bus stops and close to the "Haifa Center - HaShmonah" railway station. The staff was helpful and kind. It goes without saying that I remember Guy Weissman (the manager) and Alona (the deputy manager). But, I -equally- remember the receptionists: Anastasia (enthusiastic and with a stentorian voice -didn't stay for long-); Rosa (sweet, serious, pragmatic); Noa (serious, practical, swift); Darya (firm, but nice); Dina (resourceful, smart, happy -but, unfortunately, didn't stay for long-); Ehsan** (talkative // we had some really interesting and informative conversations late at night); Jeremy (French Jewish, well-educated and knowledgeable -he was familiar with Bahrain's demographics + he had lived in Japan-, but didn't succeed in handling the flood emergency in a November night -I think it was on November 14th, 2017-, when the automatic fire suppression system malfunctioned and set off). Fond memories! The view from the building's rooftop is beautiful. *It is true that the apartments located on the building's first and second floors can be noisy (because they are close to the street). Also, the apartments (on all floors) that are situated next to the ventilation shaft (e.g., room 401) were noisy. **It was funny, because Ehsan was a Christian (Roman Catholic) Palestinian with a Muslim forename. He was a fan of the American rock band Linkin Park.

The place is cute and the service is good. The breakfast is fair for the price but I wouldn't recommend it. The room is dirty and moldy, I don't know how they rent something like that to guests. The smell is consistent and there is no maintenance at all to the rooms. I probably won't come back here unless I need some cheap SOS solution. I don't feel like they couldn't provide some relevant solution for maintenance here.

Large rooms with kitchenette, streaming services on TV. Courteous service.

Excellent location, amazing staff, great room, good value for money. Clean, all our requests were met, it was accessible and easy to get around with a stroller even though the common spaces are relatively small. Breakfast at the cafe across the street was very tasty and the staff there was also lovely! In short, it was completely fine, I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend thousands of shekels on a family vacation.

The experience at the hotel reception was simply excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a big smile and a personal and kind attitude. The staff was patient, attentive and answered every question quickly and professionally. The check-in process was quick and convenient, we received a clear explanation of the hotel facilities and additional services, and they even made sure that the room was prepared exactly according to our requests. The overall feeling was of a genuine desire to provide a pleasant and inviting hospitality experience. Definitely a level of service that elevates the entire experience of staying at the hotel to a higher level. Many thanks to Natasha the champion

The location of the hotel is simply excellent, near the downtown area so you can go out and have a fun night drinking without worrying about how to get back to the hotel and near public transportation, the staff is charming and kind, the stunning Natasha helped us plan a fun day in Haifa. After all, we are from Tel Aviv. . And the price is worth every penny. . Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️
