The shower doesn't work with hot water!!!

The three beds are comfortable. But the three futons are too thin and it's like sleeping on the floor. We've tried other futons during our time in Japan, and these are too uncomfortable to sleep on for more than one night. Furthermore, to accommodate the futons, we had to move the table and place it in front of the entrance door, effectively blocking the passage.

I often use this hotel when I go on business trips to Kobe. It's very convenient as it's close to the station. There's an izakaya nearby so I can hear people talking at night, which is a bit of a concern, but it's not a big problem.

I found this place when I was looking for a cheap place to stay with four friends! It's about a 15-minute walk from Sannomiya Station! It's like a guesthouse, and there's no manager on site! It was cleaner than I expected, and there was even a washing machine, so it seemed like I could stay for a long time, which was great! There were plenty of futons, so it looked like up to five people could stay! The only downside is that I could hear some faint conversation, and I'm not sure if it was other people staying there or people living nearby!

Aside from the late notification regarding check-in, the bed was comfortable, and having a tatami room made it great for dining. The water pressure is a bit weak, but I was satisfied because the water was warmer than hot spring water (it is hot enough that it is dangerous to touch). The shared password changes frequently, so please check it carefully before checking in haha. Thanks to this accommodation, I have made wonderful memories of Kobe. BE KOBE💕 I Miss this hotel! I stayed in Kobe for a few nights in early September. It was an apartment-style guesthouse, not a hotel or inn. It was conveniently located in a shopping district. However, the room had a strong musty smell, the air conditioning wasn't very cold, and there was no ventilation. I reported this to the owner, but they didn't address it.

We stayed here with two adults and two children during an overnight trip to Kobe. It's an apartment, not a hotel, so all communication is done online and there's no need to interact with staff on site. It's in a building called "APARUT LOA" facing the shopping street. There's a dentist on the first floor. The entrance door auto-locks and requires a PIN number. Be sure to check this when booking. It appears to have been renovated from a regular apartment building. The common areas have a certain vintage feel. When I visited, other rooms seemed to be still being renovated, and there was a lot of luggage in the hallway. The interior has been beautifully renovated, and although there are some signs of age here and there, the atmosphere was generally comfortable. There are two beds and futons in the Japanese-style room, and the children slept on the futons. The quaint Japanese-style room, which seems to be geared towards foreigners, does not have air conditioning, so it may be a little hot in the summer. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is equipped with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, induction stove, and microwave, making it comfortable even for longer stays. There is no TV. There are plenty of power strips. No meals are provided, so you'll need to use nearby shops or convenience stores. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and there appear to be no places to smoke nearby. There is no parking, but there are several inexpensive coin-operated parking lots north of the nearest Hanakuma Station. I prioritized value for money and convenience in my rating. It's inexpensive, located on a shopping street near Nankinmachi and Motomachi, making it a convenient base for your activities in Kobe, so I recommend it.
