A wonderful and awesomeness stay! I will be back to stay in this hotel

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at VIE Hotel Bangkok. The One-Bedroom Suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The hotel ambiance is elegant and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day in Bangkok. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service, which made getting around so convenient. The rooftop pool was stunning, and I especially loved the Zumba classes and the fully equipped gym—easily one of the best hotel fitness facilities I’ve experienced. Breakfast was exceptional, with a huge variety of options, including halal and gluten-free choices, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The location is another major plus, being very close to the city’s best shopping destinations. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, facilities, and location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok! ✨

Rooms are really worn. I stayed in the suite and while comfortable, you can really see signs of wear from broken cabinets to bathroom stains. Location close to BTS but not really near restaurants and shops, it’s ok if you plan to venture out. It’s walkable to the malls about 15 min away. The service is mixed. I ordered food delivery and nobody knew it had arrived to inform me. When I went to the reception to check, they told me I had put the wrong address. Then began problem solving mode - they called the other location to find my food and even offered to send the concierge team to retrieve it. As this occured, another staff member walked over with my food, saying it was left on a table all along - it was sent to the right address after all! Seems odd that there isn’t a clear process for food delivery. Also they had an aircon maintenance day. I understand the need for servicing. But thought more gestures could be done to make the stay more pleasant. We were allowed to use another building with AC and that’s about it.

Choosing the right option for business trips or family vacations.

Really enjoyed my two nights here. The staff were very friendly, someone always checking in to see if you need anything - special mention to Tan who I enjoyed taking with when checking in and out. I enjoyed the 3-6pm Piano Lounge for Accor ALL members - the best ‘perk’ I’ve had across any Accor hotel. The room was very spacious and well maintained and the welcome amenities was very useful/creative.

Have a wonderful stay here. High quality breakfast and kind staff’s service like Benz. I will recommend for business trip and family trip to others.

2026 Update: First time back since before COVID. Had another amazing visit with upgrade and fantastic breakfast buffet just as we remembered it and wonderful service. Well done The Vie! 🙂 Love this hotel! Been coming here since they opened 10 years ago and we've always had a great experience. It's not cheap but it's good value for money. The staff are always amazing. Super friendly and helpful. We have been upgraded to a suite every time we have come through here. One of the highlights for us is their breakfast buffet. When we've been slumming it for a while it's always rejuvinating to stop at the Oasis that is the Vie hotel. Highly recommend!
