Сауна Heaven

I lost a wallet in one of the lockers. It was estimated to contain 600 baht. I didn't realize I hadn't taken it when I left. When I came back ten minutes later, the receptionist kept saying they couldn't get it back for us. They were all smiles when it came to collecting money. I don't want to buy tickets when it's crowded. They can't keep up with the money collection and completely ignore people when it comes to giving change.

If only I can put zero star, I will put 0. I don’t recommend this place, the establishment is very old and not properly maintain. Most importantly it is very awkward to come inside coz the sauna is outdoor, most of the people were old and plus size so if your not into that then don’t go to this place

The Crowd was full with chub and old type person. The Crowd was so choosy. Dont have ang great time Here. Was Look for their jacuzzi as they post have it. But Can't fond any jacuzzi at all

Great sauna, I came here on Thursday afternoon. Lots of nice people and handsome Thai guys!! The owner is super friendly, he speaks English and French ✌️ See you again soon!!

Some areas are not very cool, there are no hammocks or large dark rooms, and the beds in the small cubicles are very low and don't have pillows, making it difficult to find a comfortable position. The locker area has no security cameras. My friend's locker was stolen, resulting in a loss of 20,000 baht. Valuables must be deposited at the front desk. The owner is unwilling to improve the lockers, so be careful.

First a little difficult to find. When I arrived , I asked the price 2 times and then receptionist showed attitude. When I asked the price first time she was talking with her friend and sound was no clear that's why I asked. Price is cheap. Sauna is like local chubby men Sauna.Mostly are married men so if you like married men or chubby men you should go to this Sauna. Sorry there is no condom. Second and Last Receptionist never said Thank you or smile even when I gaveback the locker key. (myabe because of I'm not Thai or White)

The sauna was very good. I have been visiting many times, and they were giving condom and loub, but 2 times they didn't give it to me in the reception, and the cleaning guys were attentive at all times. There were young, middle and older thai and foreigners. I recommend it, but please provide condom to the customer on the reception or put it in the locker

Today was my first time at your sauna. Overall, it was quite good, especially the gym, the tea and snack area. The drinks and cakes sold here are reasonably priced. However, I would like to suggest to management that you provide toilet paper and small trash cans in a dark room so everyone can easily dispose of used condoms and tissues. Also, the restrooms smelled bad and were unhygienic. The floor was slippery and could easily cause accidents. There are only three sinks. Condoms could be placed on a shelf for guest use. I hope that Heaven's management will immediately take steps to improve after learning of this matter. Today is my first time to visit your sauna. Overall, it is pretty good, especially the gym, the place to drink tea and eat snacks. The drinks and cakes sold here are not expensive. Next, I want to share with your management that toilet paper and small trash cans must be prepared in the dark room so that everyone can throw away the condoms and used paper. In addition, the bathroom is smelly and not hygienic at all. The slippery floor can easily cause accidents. There are only three wash basins. Condoms can be placed upstairs for guests to use. I hope that Heaven's management will take immediate action to improve after hearing this.THank u

No jacuzzi, no lube in any of the cabins/rooms, no air conditioning, bath rooms are dirty, very dim lights even in the shower area. Not recommended!
