Horse Sauna

The parking attendants, counter staff, sauna, pool, air-conditioned rooms, and showers were all excellent, and there were many promotional offers. However, I'm giving one star for the attitude of the staff upstairs. Seriously, how can they be yelling at customers like they're their own children when they're supposed to be providing service? I've only been there once or twice and didn't know better. I saw a staff member upstairs using their phone and I took one too. The staff member reminded me to put it away a bit loudly (clearly a bit loudly), and I heard them. I knew I was wrong; using a phone is not allowed, so I put it away. But the staff member followed me, yelling and shouting so everyone around could hear. Didn't they worry about embarrassing the customer when there were so many people around? (I was really embarrassed!) It was just making things worse when I was stressed and trying to relax. The staff member seemed to want to show off and yell loudly when there were a lot of people around (okay, the staff wins, the customer loses). Clearly, this is supposed to be a service, and the staff are the face of Horse, but encountering staff with such an attitude is unacceptable. They seem to enjoy competing with customers (you're definitely superior, not just trying to outdo them). I was planning to invite friends over to try it out, but I guess because we're younger students, we got yelled at. The staff think they're older and treat customers like their own children, yelling at them. I told them once that I don't need to be lectured like that. The old saying "customer is always right" is outdated; now, only the staff above deserve to be bossed around. I'd rather go somewhere else, even if the service is bad, at least the staff here are friendlier. Writing all this shows how embarrassed I am. Thank you everyone for reading. I hope Horse will address this issue and improve in the future!

Good service, reasonable prices, convenient time to visit, comfortable and private space, spacious basement, airy rooftop, enthusiastic and friendly staff, creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

Generally, the wet sauna has a strong urine smell, the facilities aren't great, and the price of 80k for two people is nothing to complain about.

Clean, airy, private for couples, vibrant for groups, pleasant scent… polite guests and staff. Will definitely come back ❤️.

This is one of the most beautiful saunas in Saigon; you should definitely go and experience it!
