Great breakfast!

Hostel exceeds expectations. Many a hotel could learn a thing or two from this.

Fantastic property located 15 mins from the city centre and attractions. The whole system of check in, getting around is very well organised. They even have a help desk where you can buy city passes for major attractions. The rooms are small, though very functional. My only grievance is that the radiator on the room either wasn't working or was turned off. The staff, when told, were understanding but couldn't help. Overall loved the location, the ambiance and the friendly staff. Definite pit stop recommendation for anyone looking to stay in Innsbruck.

Absolutely great place for a short stay, nice and helpful lady at the reception, clean and comfortable.

Please please please do not reserve the parking with the hotel. I have paid hotel for the parking but still i got parking ticket from the city. When i parked lady said i am parked correctly and i do not have to do anything. I contacted the reception after seeing the ticket and they said I should have paid to the city for parking, if this is the case then why hotel is charging for the parking. If parking is managed by the city hotel must not scan guests by asking for parking and not giving clear parking information before being fined for the parking by city.
