I don't know where to start...... This was easily one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you want a comfortable, stress-free stay near Brussels airport, avoid this place entirely. The room layout makes absolutely no sense, and the staff are incredibly hostile and disrespectful. The room was microscopic and uncomfortable. There is no dedicated bathroom; the entire layout is completely dispersed throughout the actual bedroom area, and the toilet stall is so cramped you can’t even stand up properly to change your clothes without hitting the walls. The shower offers zero privacy because half of the glass is completely transparent, which is incredibly awkward. To top it off, they didn't even bother to make up the top bunk bed. The window looks straight out at a row of creepy, abandoned houses, which felt even more unsettling at midnight when a random truck parked outside and just idled its engine in a deeply creepy, menacing way for ages. The customer service was shocking. Housekeeping kept repeatedly removing the towels from our room, but when I went down to ask for replacements, the staff turned it into a hostile interrogation. They were very, very rude, aggressively demanding to know exactly why I needed them. I am a paying guest trying to take a basic shower—to be harassed and treated like an inconvenience just for asking for towels is completely mind-blowing. The final straw happened in the morning at the breakfast buffet. I was trying to preemptively pack myself a quick dinner for my airport trip later by making two pieces of toast. Out of nowhere, a staff member marched over, snatched the food straight out of my hands, and threw it in the trash. There was no signage anywhere banning it, yet the employee started full-on shouting at me in French, aggressively lying that they had told me "1000 times." It was incredibly confrontational, wasteful, and disrespectful. They easily could have just let me keep the sandwich instead of power-tripping and screaming. They were shockingly rude, and I will never step foot in this place again.

Hello, We came as a family for a wedding and rented several rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff and appreciated the easy access, cleanliness, and amenities provided. I'm surprised by the critical and negative reviews that had made me fear an unpleasant experience. For the price, it's great. Thank you to the team and keep up the good work!

Good hotel, it has bus routes nearby to the city center, the room was clean and fresh, there are no restaurants nearby but with the Deliveroo app, which is a food delivery service, everything was solved.

A nightmare in the summer, the windows are chained and won't let you open them, so you can't get any air, you can get a fan at the reception if there are any left. So the impression is rather weak.
