The service at reception is slow, the shared room is fine for the cheap price.

Updated review 20jun2023. Receptionist Jana addressed my concern and did the needful. Thanks to her. Below is my first day experience. This is my worst experience in A and O. I stayed in so many places of A and O but this is worst. It is on 19jun2026 to 21 june 2026. I got the lower bunk bed upon request and when i came to room it looked like the linen was not changed. I went to reception and the girl changed my room said it is lower bunk bed again. Bed no was 3. I went to city and returned at night then i went to room, j see no numbering on beds and all the lower beds were occupied. I went to reception again and asked for lower bunk because of knee issue. The person gave reckless answer saying he was not here when the bed got allotted in the new room and its too late to ask for. Also said he is not the one who gave the bed. And the bed can be occupied on first come first serve. Why they write the bed number then?? I will not recommend this to any especially for solo travellers. They are thinking like giving a free dorm despite taking money. Never again.

Rooms are clean, lighting is not enough at the rooms. is that really a hostel? No refrigerator, No guests kitchen, you have to ask for Hot and cold water, so what is the difference with a 3 stars motel? Gaming areas at the entrance and a big garden as positive. it is at the north side of city, half hour to center by walk, not a beautiful way to walk for a single traveller

They have NO IRON at all. This hotel marketed itself as a 4 star hotel WITH A DAMN CONFERENCE CENTER but they have no iron at all! Not everyone is a backpacker mind you, some travel and still want to at least look presentable. They mentioned 'oh we had an iron before, then some guest didn't returned it'. AND THAT'S IT! No effort from the hotel side to at least buy or provide iron to the coming guests. Absolutely unacceptable. This is a large hotel! Not some cheap 2 star hotel. Please don't stay in this hotel if you want to wear at least some decent ironed clothes. Only stay if you are a backpacker, with creased clothes. 4 star hotel..what a joke.

Let's begin. I chose this hotel for several reasons: - High-quality photos - Fairly competitive price - Supposedly good location And so on A total disappointment: - The sheets had hair on them - They don't make the bed - They don't change the towels - There's no mini-fridge - They don't have any toiletries (not even a single bar of soap) - They don't have an iron, unlike in almost every other hotel. - The body soap in the bathtub is hand soap - It's a 30-minute walk from the city center - To get to the center, you have to pass through several areas full of homeless people and soup kitchens, which gives a pretty bad feeling. Just for sleeping and leaving? I don't think it's even suitable for that. If you're looking for a good quality hotel, like I did, to visit Brussels and enjoy a good experience, this isn't the one for you, I assure you. In Italy, I stayed in a hotel half the price, for twice as many nights, and it even had toiletries, made the bed, and changed the towels. I'd really recommend a different hotel. Add €50 and go for one closer to the city center, with better quality and amenities.

Location - walking distance to Nord station and to Flix bus station. There is a market near by for quick snack. Main tourist attractions are a bit away from hotel but easily accessible. Can store luggage if you arrive early. Service - very polite and helpful staff. Rooms- stayed in a couple room. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There were no coffee or cups/ bottles of water. No AC. Other basic amenities including hair dryers were available. They have a separate bar/ pool table/ kids area and separate seating with a spacious lobby. Some furniture appears to need cleaning. Overall good stay.

Thank you for the excellent service, Elie, Enrik, and Ousmane, and thank you to the staff. Despite my last-minute disorganization, they were so helpful at check-in that they waited for me until the very last minute (I notified them by email that I would be arriving later, and they honored my reservation until midnight). Also, since the bar was closing in 15 minutes, they served me before assigning my room so I could have a drink after the football match ☺️😇🙏. The service at the bar was quick, excellent, and very polite, and they even helped me with a drink until my departure the next day 👌. The security, the clean and beautiful rooms, and the lounge—I loved its design and the music included—were all excellent. In short, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you!
