Toutist trap. Overpiced drinks. Stuffy atmosphere. Tourist ghetto location. Stay away. I would say a complete blank as far as experience.

If the score could be 100/10 I’d vote 100 across the board. Everything is within 60 seconds from the hotel entrance. Shops, cafe’s, nightlife ….. Clean Rooms, Great staff, Ambiance was Amazing, centrally located to everything … I do mean everything. Breakfast was wonderful as were the staff! I am a forever fan!!!

Very cool hotel - highly recommend. Great room, had snacks waiting for us and free refillable water (sparkling and still). Centrally located and very walkable/safe area.

The location is incredible. It is very close to everything, but not so close it's loud outside the room at night. You need a pass to even drive up to it, which is nice to improve safety. The room was very spacious, especially for Europe. The bed is also very comfortable. The bathroom was tinythough. The lobby is nice to hang out in, and you can smoke cigarettes in the courtyard. The front desk is fine, but I would have expected better communication. The front desk was nice, but not great. The F&B people are all very nice. Each floor has a filtered water fountain, so they give you a glass water bottle you can get your own water. It is a nice feature. I'd stay here again.

Sanjot at the bar is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, able to offer options we didn’t know existed with our go-to favourite drinks AND is obviously a well trained professional who not only enjoys what he does, but cares as he checked in to ensure we liked our drinks and offered to correct anything as needed!!!

Hotel has a special vibe as decoration. I really loved it. Only, even though I know the story of the building, it was very strange that there were church songs in the elevators and the toilets. Receptionist was not nice, did not explain anything before I asked altough she was much more polite and explanatory to the guests before me. Eventually I got tired of asking for info as breakfast etc. so much that I did not even ask for WiFi. I loved the room. Design, lighting… Fell in love with cushions. Housekeeping was OK and not OK. They did not replace my toilet paper. The second night, I was out of it. Bar, together with the staff was marvelous. I would really thank them for everything
