Maison Arc-en-Ciel de Namur

The Maison Arc-en-Ciel de Namur (MAC) is the province's LGBTQIA+ community centre, on Rue Eugène Hambursin near Namur Expo. It's an umbrella for about 15 member associations, and it belongs to the Fédération Prisme network of Walloon rainbow houses. Its own site lists Monday to Friday 10:00–15:00 by appointment, plus an open drop-in on Tuesdays from 13:00 to 18:00. The groups that meet at the MAC include Activ'elles (lesbian sport and leisure), a trans peer group, Genres Pluriels, Café Poly, QueerGEEK and Queer Bubble, which runs a vegan meal during the Tuesday drop-in. Fiertés Namuroises hold their monthly apéro here on the second Friday. Ex Aequo does free, anonymous rapid HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C tests on the second Wednesday of the month (16:00–20:00, book ahead). Check the agenda on macnamur.be, since group dates move.
