An ideal hotel near the train station. Friendly 24-hour reception, excellent and varied breakfasts with natural juices, good coffee, and a variety of fruits. The rooms are very warm and clean.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious. Everything was clean and smelled wonderful when we entered. There was a complimentary tray of tea and coffee. Breakfast was standard, with plenty of tea, coffee, and fruit options. The breakfast room was also spacious. If your car is low-lying, like ours, it's difficult to get through the car park. We parked in a contracted car park (a 2-3 minute walk away). Walking to the city center from the hotel is quite easy. We crossed the Lion Bridge in about 10-15 minutes. The tram noise is disturbing early in the morning; we didn't use it, but earplugs were provided in the room.

A very good little hotel right next to the main train station and tram stops. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, modern, and spacious. There's plenty of storage space and a very nice, large bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet location and has very good mattresses. I slept wonderfully. The staff is polite but speaks only basic English. (A DeepL or similar app can help.) All in all, a successful stay, and I would recommend it.

The hotel is very impressive on the street, the parking spaces cause some problems. The exit of the parking garage under the hotel is very steep and narrow!! Very narrow and steep! The bottom of my car got stuck. It is advisable to fold in the rearview mirrors! A much better solution is to visit the closed street parking lot 360m from the hotel. The hotel pays the parking fee! The reception is available to guests 0-24! The breakfast has a wide selection and you can choose hearty and tasty dishes besides the muesli! Fruits, salads, vegetables, cold cuts, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, fried mushrooms (which is my favorite) the coffee machine is multifunctional and can produce everything from Italian espresso to cafe latte to cappuccino in high quality. The staff is extremely helpful and flexible! There are 2 suites on the 7th floor with a huge terrace! There is also a sauna and a SPA! I can highly recommend this hotel!

Large, clean room but the street noise was awful, due to the tram stopping at midnight and starting again at 5 am.

I'll start with the positives - clean and spacious rooms, very nice staff, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the breakfast was relatively varied, there is also parking. As a minus, I can say that there was no blanket left in the room and I slept with only one envelope, even though the temperatures outside were quite low, BUT in fact, the only reason I left only 2* for an otherwise quite decent and pleasant hotel is... the lighting. It is absolutely inadequate in a hotel, especially a 4* one, for your LED lighting not to be autonomous... I was woken up in a terrible way at 5 in the morning by the fact that someone was flashing and turning it off in my room. Stressed and sleepy, I go down to the reception and they tell me that the solution to the problem is to turn off the electricity in the room... in the morning, when I want to turn on the light, they turn it off from the next room, because most likely people were still sleeping and I was disturbing them... this is the first time something like this has happened to me and the experience was quite unpleasant, which is why I would not recommend the hotel!

Just 100 meters from the metro station, very friendly staff; spacious rooms with safes; excellent service!
