Let me start with the location... it's in a very good area, with a road in front, the sea below, and private sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach. The sea is shallow and sandy. It gets wavy in the afternoon. Eating and drinking options are very close and varied, with restaurant prices to suit different budgets. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and airy, with a fantastic view. The air conditioning works very well. There is a bidet in the bathroom, which is an important point for us. Personal care products are also available in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but not enough to be a problem. We liked the cleanliness. The breakfast is sufficient and varied. The taste is also very good. The hotel has its own parking lot, and they provide valet parking. The staff are helpful and friendly, and their English speaking skills are an added advantage. We recommend it.

⚠️ Warning: Don't Do Your Laundry at This Hotel Unless You Check the Prices First Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Panorama Hotel. The staff at the reception, as well as in the restaurant and the bar, were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. They were truly wonderful ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable! Our Deluxe room was also excellent – clean, comfortable, and exactly what we had hoped for. The only thing that left us very disappointed was the laundry service. I ended up paying around €80 for one bag of laundry. To be fair, the lady at the reception did warn me that the service was expensive and even advised me to scan the QR code to check the prices. Unfortunately, I didn't do that. We had just arrived after a very difficult journey from Nessebar to Varna. My children were hungry, feeling extremely nauseous, and we had to go out immediately. On top of that, they had run out of clean socks and underwear. I simply didn't have the time to check the prices. And honestly, I never imagined they could be that high. I thought, "Okay, it will probably be expensive. Maybe around €25, which is already a lot for laundry." But €80? I never expected that. So I would like to warn future guests: if you decide to use the laundry service, make sure you check the prices beforehand. You are charged per individual item, not per bag, which can result in a very unpleasant surprise.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Panorama in Bulgaria and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of the beach clubs, nightlife, restaurants, and the marina, making it an excellent choice if you want to explore the area without needing transportation. The views over the harbour are absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. During our stay, our room key stopped working. We expected it to take some time to resolve, but within just 10 minutes they had called a locksmith who fixed the problem. We were really impressed by how quickly and professionally the issue was handled. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, Hotel Panorama offers an excellent combination of location, service, comfort, and value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I do not recommend it. 4-day, 3-night stay booked through Booking.com. From July 1st to 4th. Pros: - Friendly staff. - Breakfast provided. Cons: - Nothing awaits you in your room. Not even a free bottle of water. In the summer... - Only one roll of toilet paper. Yes, it's strange to say this, but if you have an emergency or anything, you'll have to use towels until the next day's cleaning service. - Parking fee. Exorbitant. 15 euros per day. Park your car outside; it's free. - No shower gel. Just a small, cheap bar of soap. - Hair dryer that blows out a campfire-like breeze. The staff should check the equipment before renting the rooms. - The coffee and orange juice at breakfast are awful. Very cheap. If you want decent coffee, you have to pay for it at the bar. And to top it all off, some pills were stolen from my toiletry bag (on the morning of July 3rd). Unacceptable. For a hotel that charges these kinds of rates, the negative points are unacceptable, and actually quite unusual. I absolutely do not recommend it; go somewhere else if you're going to Varna.
